Little by Little

Several times a year Global Giving, our fundraising partner, supports our fundraising efforts by offering incentive programs, where they contribute their own funds to our projects based on the contribution performance of our donors.  By participating in these incentive programs, we have an exciting opportunity to increase our ability to help those in need in the three projects we are supporting: Education, Food Support, and Children’s Needs.

Global Giving’s fall Little by Little campaign lasted five days in September. During that time, a donation of up to a maximum of $50 made by a single individual to a single project or any combination of our projects was matched by Global Giving by 50%. That means a $10 donation became $15, a $30 donation became $45, and a $50 donation became $75. 

We received $527 in direct donations with a Global Giving match of $184 for a total of $711 to be used to support students, hungry families, and children. Great job, all! We thank you so much!
